Why is it still so hard to do well?
Axisera Health was built by Laura and Brad after years spent separating signal from noise in one world — then discovering just how much noise existed in another.
01Before Axisera
Two careers built on scrutiny.
They spent years in the investment world — a field that rewards analytical discipline and punishes wishful thinking. They learned to ask the questions that reveal the gap between a narrative and the truth.
They brought that mindset to health. Clean food, movement, consistency — for a long time, that discipline felt like enough.
02The problem became personal
Then something started to shift.
Less sharpness. More brain fog. More fatigue. A growing sense that energy and focus were no longer as reliable. Nothing looked obviously wrong from the outside — yet something was clearly changing underneath.
That experience gave Axisera its center: a real problem that discipline alone wasn’t solving.
03The research
The deeper they looked, the more the pattern made sense.
The search led into mitochondrial biology — the system behind energy production, cognitive sharpness, recovery, and much of the decline adults start to feel in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.
The science was there. The product experience was not.

We do not create or transmit any inferred “health profile” from your assessment activity, and we never tag or segment our email list by assessment activity. If this architecture ever changes, we will update this policy first and explain exactly what changed.
This is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight: the assessment is more useful to you if you can answer it honestly, and you can only do that if the answers stay on your device.
Orders and payment information
Direct purchasing is not yet active on this website. When it becomes available:
Order information (such as your name, shipping address, and items ordered) will be used to process, fulfil, ship, and support your order.
Payment information is expected to be collected and processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Providers for payment processing, ecommerce and order fulfilment have not yet been finally selected; this policy will be updated as they are confirmed.

Our launch-list forms submit to MailerLite, which maintains the subscriber list, delivers our emails, and handles unsubscribe requests on our behalf. To be exact about what that does and does not involve:
The only thing the launch-list form sends is the email address you typed. We do not ask for your name, and no other field is submitted with it.
Your assessment answers, category scores, and result phase are never sent to MailerLite. They never leave your browser at all.
We do not tag, segment, or score subscribers by assessment activity, by health information, or by which page you signed up from.
We have not installed MailerLite’s website-tracking script, so MailerLite does not follow your browsing on axiserahealth.com.
MailerLite processes this information as our service provider, under its own privacy terms, in order to provide the email service to us.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or tracking cookies. We have not installed a cookie-consent banner because there is currently nothing non-essential to consent to.
Essential technologies may be used where they are required for the website to function — for example, a future checkout or shopping cart will likely require functional cookies to work. If we later adopt analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy before they take effect and provide any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
Because this website does not use tracking technologies, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to affect here; the website does not respond to those signals, and we do not authorize third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across other websites from this site.
Data retention

Current planned pricing for Forge is $99 for a one-time purchase and $89 per bottle with Subscribe & Save. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may be confirmed or adjusted before direct ordering opens; the price presented at checkout when you place an order is the price that applies to that order. Prices may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged based on the delivery address and applicable law. Any tax collected will be shown before you complete a purchase.
International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and compliance with local regulations.
6. Direct website orders
Direct ordering on axiserahealth.com is not yet active, and no orders are currently accepted through this website. When direct ordering opens, the following will apply:
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order — for example, where we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse, where a pricing or listing error occurred, or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for the cancelled items. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Product availability. Products may be limited in quantity or become unavailable. We may discontinue or modify products at any time.
Payment processing. Payments will be collected and processed by a third-party payment provider. By ordering, you authorize the charge for your order, including any applicable sales tax.
Shipping and fulfilment. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped as described in our Shipping Policy.
Axisera products may also be available through third-party retailers or marketplaces. Transactions completed through a third-party retailer or marketplace are also subject to that seller’s applicable terms and policies, including its shipping and return policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when direct ordering opens. Accordingly, continued use of this website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page, and material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. If we make a material change, we will also take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention — such as a prominent notice on this website or, where we have your email address, an email. Changes affecting an active Subscribe & Save subscription are handled as described in the Subscribe & Save Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
17. Force Majeure
Axisera will not be responsible for failure to make deliveries where such failure to deliver or perform is due to fires, strikes, wars, accidents, pandemics, cyber-attacks, Acts of God, tariffs, action of any State, Provincial, Federal, or local government body or agency, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any suit, action, proceeding, or dispute will be venued in the provincial or federal courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, proceeding, or dispute. What this policy covers
This policy applies to purchases made directly through axiserahealth.com. Purchases made through a third-party retailer or marketplace are governed by that seller’s applicable policies, so please review them where you bought the product.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Forge is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first one-time purchase made directly through axiserahealth.com. If you try Forge and are not satisfied, contact us at info@axiserahealth.com within 30 days after your order is delivered.
The guarantee is limited to one opened bottle per customer or household. We do not routinely require you to mail back the opened bottle for a satisfaction claim, although we may request reasonable information to verify the purchase or the product — such as your order number, the product lot number, or photographs.
If your qualifying first order contains more than one bottle, one bottle may be opened under the guarantee. Any additional bottles must remain unopened, and may need to be returned if you are requesting a refund for those bottles. If a return is required, Axisera will provide instructions.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to eligible one-time purchases. Subscribe & Save orders — including the initial subscription order and subsequent renewal orders — are final sale once processed and are not eligible for satisfaction refunds. See the Subscribe & Save Terms.
This guarantee is separate from genuine order problems. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing orders remain eligible for appropriate assistance, replacement, or refund after reasonable verification — see “Order problems” below.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We aim to process approved refunds promptly after approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Order problems — damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Standard shipping is on us
Axisera Health plans to cover standard outbound shipping on direct orders through our fulfilment arrangement. That means you should not be charged a separate standard shipping fee at checkout — unless a future checkout clearly states otherwise for a specific option you select.
Fulfilment
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party fulfilment provider on our behalf. The provider receives the information needed to pack and deliver your order, such as your name, shipping address, and order contents.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, and any delivery estimates, will be shown at checkout when direct purchasing is activated. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier conditions, weather, and address issues can affect actual delivery times.
Your address, and getting help
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address — we can’t deliver to an address that isn’t right, and address errors are the most common cause of delivery problems.

The basics
One-time Forge purchase: $99 per bottle.
Subscribe & Save: $89 per bottle.
Subscribe & Save is optional and never preselected. You must affirmatively choose it and consent to these terms at checkout.
Automatic renewal
A Subscribe & Save subscription renews automatically at the delivery interval you select, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you subscribe. Each renewal ships a new bottle and charges your payment method at the subscription price shown, plus any applicable sales tax, until you cancel future renewals. Before you subscribe, the subscription price and material terms will be displayed clearly, and you will receive confirmation of your subscription terms after subscribing.
Cancelling future renewals
You will always have a straightforward way to cancel. If you start your subscription online, you will be able to cancel online — at least as easily as you signed up. You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation method provided in your customer account or subscription communications. Cancelling stops future renewals from being processed; a renewal order that has already been processed when you cancel is not stopped (see below).
One honest caveat: cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already entered processing. If a renewal order has already been processed when you cancel, that order will still ship and is subject to the final-sale rule below — future renewals after the cancellation will stop.
Subscription orders are final sale
Subscription orders — including the initial subscription order and each subsequent renewal order — are final sale once processed. There are no routine returns or satisfaction refunds for subscription orders.
To be direct about what that means: forgetting to cancel, changing your mind, not using the product, or accumulating extra bottles does not make a correctly processed subscription order refundable. If you’re unsure Forge is right for you, we recommend starting with a one-time order rather than a subscription — a first one-time direct order is covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, and a subscription order is not.
Order problems still covered
Final sale never means we walk away from a real problem. Subscription shipments that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete — or that are missing items — remain eligible for appropriate assistance, replacement, or refund after reasonable verification, exactly as described in our Refund Policy.
Changes to subscription pricing or terms
If the subscription price or material terms change, we will notify you in advance, and the change will apply only to future renewals — never retroactively to an order already processed. If you don’t want to continue under updated terms, you can cancel future renewals before they process.
Your legal rights
These terms do not reduce or replace any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
